Have you guys heard of this term before? It's a practice that helps people kickstart their day on a productive note and less stress. From what I understand you literally take a piece of paper or journal/notebook and write down everything that you thinking from frustrations/worries, things you have to do that day, questions, random thoughts etc. The idea is to offload "important" things that you have in mind to a medium you can go back to at a later time ultimately freeing up valuable brain storage.
