Hello Game Prince,
Inside the generalities, you can change certain features such as,
-> Forum Redirects
-> List of Connected Users (In Hours)
-> Quick Login Display
-> HomePage Message & Title

The only thing you can actually design inside this generalities tab is the Homepage message & Title but that is simple, all that requires is using HTML coding such as <strong>, <u>, <a>, ect. If you happen to still be stuck on this, please let me know and I will see what I can do to lend a hand.
